SafeSona understands that You and Your personal information are amongst our most important assets. This policy applies to all Persons who are/ were our current and former visitors and Users. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND ITS USE
When You use our Website, we collect and store Your data and information which is provided by You from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide You a safe, simple, secure and efficient and customised experience and comply with the various applicable Laws.
The following information is collected by us:
Identity and contact information: We might collect Your name, email, mobile or other phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country and IP address. In the course of the KYC Process, You will be asked to prove Your identity by furnishing information and documents such as photographs, identification numbers/ cards such as Your Aadhaar or PAN or driver’s license. This information is not ordinarily available to us as the KYC Process is carried out for us by an independent Third Party who is, at present, Khosla Labs Pvt. Ltd. Although we may access this information, our accessing it is the exception and not the rule.
Payment and billing information: We might collect Your billing name, billing address and payment method when You attempt to place a Customer Order or attempt to create a SafeSona Account. Such information will ordinarily be obtained and processed by the payment gateway engaged by us. The payment gateway engaged by us may, however, give us Your financial information. We will collect so much of Your bank/ financial information as is necessary for us to make refunds or payments to You such as Your bank account number, the relevant IFSC Code or particulars of any e-wallets to which the refund or payment may be credited.
Information You post: We may collect information You post on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to or relating to SafeSona.
Other information. If You use our website, we may collect information about Your IP address and the browser You're using. We might look at what site You came from, the duration of time spent on the Website, the pages You accessed or what site You visit when You leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device You are using, or the version of the operating system Your computer or device is running.
We do not collect information concerning Your sexual orientation. We do not collect Your biometric information. We do not ordinarily collect information regarding Your physical, physiological and mental health and Your medical records and history. However, we may collect this information with notice to You to determine if You are competent to contract.

Once You register and give us Your personal information and complete the KYC Process, You are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when You visit our Website. These companies may use information (not including Your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about Your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to You.
